How to Issue Stamps & Points
As a merchant, you are the primary point of contact for your customers' loyalty journey. You can update customer passes using the following methods:
- Scanning QR Codes: Use the Merchant App to scan the QR code displayed on the customer's Apple or Google Wallet pass.
- Manual Entry: If a camera is unavailable, you can manually enter the customer’s unique ID or phone number to find their profile.
- Adding Points: Simply enter the value of the transaction or the number of stamps to be added, and the customer’s pass will update in real-time.
